Ms. Wanda Jean Garoutte, age 89 of Louisiana, MO., peacefully transitioned on December 14,2025 in Jacksonville, Florida entering Heaven's Gates. She will truly be missed by family, friends, and everyone who loved her. May she be at peace and fly high with the wind. Her husband John H. Garoutte preceded her in death in 2006 after 40 years of marriage.

She leaves behind to cherish one son; Michael Oliver, 70 of Washougal, WA., and two daughters; Lillie S. Wade, 65 of Elsberry, MO., and Julia Garoutte, 63 of Jacksonville, FL., two granddaughters; Tyger Hill, 41 and Storm Grimmitt, 31 also of Elsberry, MO., and one grandson; Julian Brooks, 30 of Portland, OR., two great granddaughters; Zeppelin Hill, 3 of Elsberry, MO., and Jade Brooks, 6 of Portland, OR., and one great grandson; Everett Grimmitt of Elsberry, MO.
