Ms. Sheila Ann Davis-Montgomery, a devoted mother, grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on April 10, 2026, in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born on August 11, 1948, in Houston, Texas to the late Thomas Leroy Davis, and Robbie Lee Middleton. Ms. Davis-Montgomery lived a life marked by dedication, compassion, and service to others.
A proud high school graduate, Ms. Davis-Montgomery pursued a career that reflected her commitment to the well-being of others. She served as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital, working diligently in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Her expertise and compassionate care touched the lives of countless patients and colleagues throughout her career.
Sheila Davis-Montgomery’s legacy is not only found in her professional achievements but also in the deep love and support she provided to her family. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Elisha Arriazola, who carry forward her spirit of kindness and strength. Her grandchildren – Cecilia Cano, Christyn "Luigi Marcinizyn" Arriazola-Marcinizyn, Robbi Garcia, Maggie Dickson, Thomas Montgomery, Tres Charles Dickson, and Richard “Joey” Dickson – were a source of immense joy and pride for her, each holding a special place in her heart.
In addition to her children and grandchildren, Ms. Davis-Montgomery is survived by her sister, Edith Harris, who shared a lifelong bond with her.
Ms. Davis-Montgomery will be remembered for the warmth she extended to all who knew her, her unwavering dedication as a caregiver, and the enduring love she imparted to her family and friends.
