A visitation honoring Mr. Foster’s life will be held at Mt Herman Baptist Church, 5527 Redpoll Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32219, on Saturday, August 15, 2026, beginning at 10:00 AM and concluding at 11:00 AM. Following the visitation, a funeral service will commence at 11:00 AM at the same location, extending until noon. Additional arrangements note that Mr. Foster will be laid out at Leon A. White Cremations & Funeral Home Hall starting at 11 AM on both Monday, August 17, 2026, and Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
